ARTICLE 10 EMPLOYEES GROUP INSURANCE PLAN All employees covered by this Contract shall be eligible to participate in the Employees Group Insurance Plan, in accordance with the provisions of the said plan in force and effect from time to time for other City ofSpringfield employees. Each employee shall be furnished a copy of the current plan. The Union agrees to the Health Insurance Plan implemented by the City ofSpringfield on April 1, 2005.
Designated employee(s) of the City ofSpringfield: Zone Chief, or Supervisor of Permits. During the term of this contract a designee shall not be a private vendor. 6: The regular work hours for members of the unassigned crew shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. including one half hour paid lunch.
The Union agrees to the Health Insurance Plan implemented by the City ofSpringfield on April 1, 2005. The union agrees to waive and forego any claim, grievance, arbitration or appeal regarding the change in health insurance benefits implemented April 1, 2005. If State Law changes during the term of the contract, the City will not be bound by the contract.
