According to the Appellant, she was driving her mothers car in Cambridge, MA in 1993 with a female friend as a passenger. At some point while they were driving, the female friend spotted her boyfriend with another woman. At this point, the Appellant pulled her car over and her female friend exited the car, picked up a brick and threw it at the boyfriends car window. The female friend got back in the car and the Appellant drove away.
