DiClemente has filed a claim with the Massachusetts Commission AgainstDiscrimination. There is an investigation first by the Commission to determine whether there is probable cause that discrimination has occurred. A position statement needs to be filed first. Ms. North stated that a request for an extension until February 16th has been filed. MCAD offers a free mediation service. A written statement may not be in the best interest of the town.
