Summary

Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act § 66-10 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain digital copies of the public records that were used in the Procuring a Pharmacy Benefit Manager for the Group Insurance Commission RFP (Bid# BD-18-1049-GIC00-07GIC-18167, RFR# GICPND1801). I write to access a copy of the entire contract/bid file for the RFP referenced above, including but not limited to: 1.      Awarded contract and subsequent amendments/addendums to the awarded contract,2.      All submitted proposals,3.      Presentations of submitted proposals,4.      Evaluation and scoring materials of submitted proposals. The Massachusetts Public Records Act requires a response to this request within 10 days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about when I might expect digital copies of the requested records.If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.Thank you for considering my request.Sincerely, Kevin ScullyKPScully@Express-scripts.com(314) 229-7111
