Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act § 66-10 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain digital copies of the public records that were used in the Procuring a Pharmacy Benefit Manager for the Group Insurance Commission RFP (Bid# BD-18-1049-GIC00-07GIC-18167, RFR# GICPND1801). Its title is, “GICPND1801 Procuring a Pharmacy Benefit Manager for the Group Insurance Commission”. Questions regarding the RFR should be directed to Nicholas Federoff at (617) 727-2310 x7031. I write to access a copy of the entire contract/bid file for the BId and RFR referenced above, including but not limited to: 1. Awarded contract and subsequent amendments/addendums to the awarded contract,2. All submitted proposals,3. Presentations of submitted proposals,4. Evaluation and scoring materials of submitted proposals. I submitted this request about a week ago (22-76) but the response materials did not pertain to my requested Bid or RFR. Possibility due to my technical skills, I was unable to respond back to the response associated with 22-76!The Massachusetts Public Records Act requires a response to this request within 10 days.
