Background The Union represents a unit of employees employed by the Massachusetts Department of Correction (Employer). There are over 4000 employees in the unit. 1 On December 11, 2015, John Hunter (Hunter) filed a charge against the Union in case number SUPL 15-4987 that is identical to Pontes charge.
