A Brady Disclosure is the requirement that a prosecutor provides exculpatory evidence to a defendant in a criminal case (see the Wikipedia article).
An important consequence of Brady is that prosecutors are required to inform the defense when there is evidence a police officer that will testify in a case lacks credibility. To enable that disclosure, the District Attorney Offices maintain a list or database of these problematic police officers.
