I am in receipt of your request for public documents involving settlements with the 4 DPH-operated hospitals in the Commonwealth. The term settlements can encompass a variety of specialized segments. This response came from our Legal Counsel: The term, "settlements', is very broad in scope. Are they looking for labor/personnel settlements, settlement of contract disputes, tort claims, settlement of civil actions?
