Donnelly, Jr. ("Donnelly"), agree to the following terms: WHEREAS, Donnelly was appointed by the City of Woburn to the position of Reserve Police Officer on March 18, 2015; and made a Full-Time Reserve on October 16, 2017. WHEREAS, Donnelly was administered a random urinalysis drug screen on April 13, 2018 which resulted in a positive result for steroids.
