Further answering, the Department admits that, following formal disciplinary charges brought before a State Police Trial Board, Trooper Justin Joyce was found not guilty of one charge and guilty of four others and, at that Boards recommendation and subject to Civil ServiceCommission review, issued a ten day suspension, ordered to forfeit twenty days of accrued time off, and transferred from his duty assignment at Troop for a period of twelve months
