It is his style and he has a history of writing anonymous letters leading to lawsuits. ARTICLE XXVI FUNDING In the event the Committee budget presented to the Town Meeting by the Committee for each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement is not fully funded, the settlement for that school year shall be of no force and the effect at the discretion of the Committee.
