On December 16, 2021, the BPD entered into a settlement agreement with the Appellant, in which the parties agreed that the Appellant would be reconsidered for appointment should she obtain a GED within a two-year time frame. The Appellant completed an accredited GED program a few months later, and the Civil Service Commission, pursuant to the agreement between the parties, ordered relief to facilitate her reconsideration on April 13, 2022.

It contends that its FY18 average compensation lag was 17.4%. (See Union Exhibit #3, Tab 13.) The City disputes the Unions calculations.
