With regard to the allegations pertaining to training, the City states that such training was contemplated by, indeed required by, a memorandum of agreement entered into between the parties in settlement of DLR Charge No. MUP-10-5859. A copy of that memorandum of agreement is attached as Exhibit A. The City further denies: (1) That there was any change in working conditions: and (2) That prior notice and bargaining were required by law.
In addition, the Parties are directed to confer as to whether they are willing to engage the services of a DLR Mediator for possible settlement. Utilization of a mediator will not delay the commencement of the Hearing. 1.
