The per diem rate of pay for Teacher Emeritus will be prorated to an hourly rate of pay, and the Teacher Emeritus will actually be paid for the hours he or she works each day subject to the limits of Massachusetts TeachersRetirementSystem (MTRS). In no case will the combination of retirement pay and teaching pay be more than the teacher would have earned had he or she continued to teach full-time.
ARTICLE XxIX RETIREE MEDICAL INSURANCE The Hampshire Regional School Committee will pay 51% of the cost of the premiums of retired teachers who are participating in the District's medical insurance plan and who have actually retired under the Massachusetts TeachersRetirementSystem.

ARTICLE XXVI - UNUSED SICK DAY REIMBURSEMENT A teacher who retires under the Massachusetts TeachersRetirementSystem and who has more than twenty (20) years of service with the Southampton Public Schools will be reimbursed for half of his or her unused sick leave, to a limit of 100 days, at the current substitute daily rate of pay.
An employee who retires under the Massachusetts TeachersRetirementSystem after completion of twenty (20) years of employment with the Committee shall receive at the time of his/her retirement a lump-sum payment determined by multiplying one half (1/2) of the number of accumulated sick leave days to his/her credit at the time of 21 his/her retirement by seventy-five ($75.00) dollars.
