The Andover School District ("District") and Andover Education Association ("Association") entered into a three year negotiated settlement ("CBA") for 2017-2020 that, among other terms and conditions of employment, addresses teacher work time. The bargaining parties agreed, as reflected in the CBA, to an increase in the student instructional day of fifteen minutes starting in the 2019-20 school year.
