Srednicki: The parties in the above-captioned matters have reached a Settlement Agreement the terms of which require a withdrawal of all charges with prejudice. In accordance with that agreement this is to notify you that the Boston Police Department Benevolent Society Superior Officers Unit does hereby withdraw its charge in MUP-16-5894 with prejudice, pursuant to CMR 15.06(4).
