The Union was not available on March 23, 2018 due to previously scheduled contract negotiations at Fitchburg StateUniversity. See Exhibit B. 10. BHCC met with the staff on March 23, 2018. To date, BHCC has not met with the Union to bargain the changes in the Facilities Department. The BHE and the Union agreed to meet on June 3, 2019, at Fitchburg StateUniversity after some unrelated reclassification hearings. The meeting was held as planned.
