D'Amico advised Martin to pursue a Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination claim in response to her age discrimination concern. D'Amico also offered to try and get Martin more benefits with the Town instead of filing the grievance, and discussed options. D'Amico told Martin to "hold" the grievance and focus on extending health insurance, and offered to try and get another month of health insurance and help her exercise "bumping" rights.
