Nature of Complaint This complaint arises from an allegation that Officer Beltran (Beltran) was involved in a physical altercation while off duty on 03/20/2022 in Boston, MA. Authority to Investigate On 08/18/2022, | was assigned this Internal Affairs investigation by Chief Clanford Pierce of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School Police Department. Notification Beltran was notified in writing of this investigation on 08/19/2022.
