The Bristol CommunityCollege Council (BrCCC) is a chapter of the MCCC. On March 27, 2015, the Union administered an internal election for two adjunct/part-time director seats on the MCCC Board.
This allegation was strenously objected to by Bristol Community College's union chapter, one of those accused of the policy violation. The Bristol] Chapter, when contacted AFTER the Board's March 27 decertification vote, said that any endorsement was done via the Bristol campus adjunct email list, NOT an MCCC/union email list; hence no violation occurred involving the Bristol chapter.
