The charge as filed names the New England Police Benevolent Association as the charging party against the Respondent City of Everett. In this regard, the only collective bargaining agreement that the City of Everett has for Police Superior Officers in the City of Everett is an agreement finalized in 2012 with the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 634 an organization certified on June 20, 1986.
The charge as filed names the New England Police Benevolent Association as the charging party against the Respondent City of Everett.
