G. L. c. 66, lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Little requested records regarding himself. Having received no response, he petitioned this office.
Any communications that school department employees had with the Danvers police, the Essex County District Attorneys Office, the Massachusetts Attorney GeneralsOffice, the state Department of Children and Family Services, and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association. Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals.
Requests for the Attorney Generals review of an Open Meeting Law complaint must be filed with the Attorney GeneralsOffice within 90 days of the alleged violation. 940 C.M.R. 29.05(7). In your complaint, you identify October 11 as the day of the alleged violation. Therefore, your request for further review would have been due by January 9, 2018.

(SHS) appealing the response of the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
Any communications that school department employees had with the Danvers police, the Essex County District Attorneys Office, the Massachusetts Attorney GeneralsOffice, the state Department of Children and Family Services, and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association regarding the subject matter of the above mentioned reports. 7. The School is advised that the Attorney GeneralsOffice (AGO) has previously found that the School is a public entity subject to the Public Records Law and has previously directed the School to respond to public records requests. See AGO letter dated October 20, 2022.
Dreslinski requested a copy of a "May, 2017letter from the Attorney General'sOffice to Mystic Valley Regional Charter School regarding the school's practice/policy of banning certain student hairstyles which effects the religious/ethnic cultures of certain students" as well as a copy of the "School['s] response to [the] Attorney General letter." Unsatisfied with the AGO's response, Mr.
Mackin refused to co-operate with the Town to attempt to resolve his complaints under both the Public Records Law and the Open Meeting Law, including a refusal to participate in mediation with the Town and the Attorney GeneralsOffice. Moreover, Mr. Mackin filed a lawsuit against the Town relating to the Towns compliance with the Public Records Law. See Gerald F. Mackin, Jr. v. Kathleen Deree, Docket No. 18-1611.
