The Division ofInsurance (DOI) unilaterally transferred bargaining unit work from NAGE Bargaining Unit 6, Local 207, to management. On August 10, 2020, Office of Consumer Affairs Senior Business Agent, Tom Daly, on behalf of the DOI, provided information to NAGE that indicated a new position at DOI was created and filled. That position was listed on DOIs organizational chart as International Financial Analyst. Attachment 1.
