Department of Conservation and Recreation, 24 MCSR 573, 575 (Nov. 8, 2011). Thus, the DOR properly denied Mr. Crawfords reclassification request because he is not a supervisor. Insofar as the other level distinguishing duties are concerned, they are the same under the 1987 and 2001 specifications. An employee seeking reclassification must demonstrate that he performs the majority of the level distinguishing duties more than 50% of the time.
