The Association will identify the names of police officers or sergeants who will require release from scheduled duty to testify as witnesses in any arbitration hearing, hearing at the Civil Service Commission, or appointing authority hearing under G.L. c. 31, by giving written notice, whenever possible, to the Chief or his designee at least five (5) calendar days in advance of such hearings.
