HR Director Braga testified that the City of Boston, like the City of Worcester, allowed employees to use any and all accrued leave when on FMLA leave. Id, p188. This was after she had represented the Towns practice, which prohibits access to regular sick time when an employee, as the non-birth parent, takes FMLA leave following the birth of a child. Braga Testimony (Day 2 Tr., p187); See Employer Exhibit 10.
