For several years, starting approximately in November of 2016, a developer known as Boston Properties sought local approval from the Weston Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for a comprehensive permit to build a large mixed-use residential and commercial development in Weston on the property at 133 Boston Post Road.3 The Town of Weston holds a development restriction on the property at 133 Boston Post Road in Weston from a previous settlement.
