In City of Medford, 3 MLC 1236, MCR-2364 (October 28, 1976), the CERB voided a union's certification where the certified unit inappropriately excluded senior library pages from a bargaining unit of junior library pages. Although the consent election agreement clearly excluded senior library pages, the employer included senior pages on the election eligibility list.
