Despite the fact that Major Michael Concannon of the Massachusetts StatePolice, who served as Massports Director of Aviation Security, Captain Richard Lane of the Massachusetts State Police, who served as Massports Assistant Director of Aviation Security, TSA Federal Security Director Paul Francis, TSA Assistant Federal Security Director Kelly Iudice, and TSA Inspector Kal Tulakdar all informed Michele Freadman that I did not violate any of Massports
At approximately 1:00 p.m., while the Massachusetts StatePolice were conducting training for the K-9 unit at the North Gate, Mr. Coronite stated that one of the dogs must not like black people after the dog began barking while Aviation Officer Sam Brown, an African American, was in the vicinity. In addition, Mr. Coronite remarked that the dog must like Chinese food, because Trooper Chan, the K-9 officer, was of - Asian descent. 69.
