Parole Eligibility: This date represents the date that you could be released from this facility to the supervision of the Massachusetts Parole Board. On a House of Correction sentence of sixty (60) days or more, you are eligible for release on parole following the completion of half of the full term of your sentence. It should be noted, however, that this is only an anticipated eligibility date for parole and it is not automatic.
