The members work in group homes run by the Department of Developmental Services. . They are run 24/7 The homes are run by DSW 1, and 2s on most shifts. Supervisors of these workers are RS: Resid ential Supervisors and PD: Program Direc tors. Calls made by staff calling out Sick, PL, or incen tive days are done to the home they are assigned to, The calls can be accepted by anyone working at the home, the regularly a DSW 1, 2, or even an LPN.
