Nov.2l, 2018), the Court issued a preliminary injunction against the City of Methuen, requiring the City to treat Lincolns house (a sober house for unrelated individuals in recovery from substance use) the same as a "family" for purposes of zoning/code enforcement. The home these unrelated disabled individuals were occupying was a former convent.
