Thereafter, the Mayor increased the Appellants five (5) day suspension to a fifteen (15) day suspension and the Appellant timely appealed that discipline to the Civil ServiceCommission. (Resp. Ex. 18) 26. The Civil Service Commission denied Mr. Kielys appeal after a full hearing.
