Exemption (I) - Investigation Report In the City's October 24th response and in a November 14th conversation with City Solicitor Rumley, this office was informed that the City seeks to withhold the report, in its entirety, at the present time under Exemption (f) due to a review and investigation of the underlying matter by the Middlesex CountyDistrictAttorney's Office (DAO).
The Middlesex CountyDistrictAttorneys Sexual Assault Unit also conducted an investigation into this matter. On June 13, 2013, Assistant District Attorney Michelle Margolis notified [Ms. M] that they were closing their review of this matter as the conduct was not determined to be sexual in nature.
This resulted in an Investigation by two agencies of the Commonwealth, Middlesex CountyDistrictAttorney, the Department of Children and Family Services, and ultimately a finding of closing our review of the matter, by the District Attorneys Office, and Unsupported (as to both parties) by the Department of Children and Family Services.

In 1983, the Appellant cooperated with the Massachusetts State Police and Middlesex CountyDistrictAttorney in the investigation that drunk driving cases were being dismissed by the HPD in exchange for payment by defendants.
