Following the mediation, the parties agreed to administratively close the cases for sixty days in order to continue settlement discussions. Therefore, the Department is administratively closing the abovereferenced cases without prejudice until January 22, 2012. If the Union wishes to reopen and resume processing either or both of the charges, a written request may be filed with the Department at any time prior to January 22, 2012.
