The City of Lynn shall provide seventy-five per cent (75%) of the cost of the HPHC 9. Insurance - HPHC Insurance adopted by the City under Chapter 32B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth. The current City policy for retirees shall remain in force. The City of Lynn shall provide a pre-tax deduction of insurance premiums in accordance with Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. 10.
