Frank Bonet, the Citys Personnel Director, began the process of hiring Police Officers for the LPD by submitting a requisition to the states Human Resources Division (HRD) for a Certification. The City sought to hire six (6) Police Officers. HRD sent Certification # 04714 (the Certification) to the City on June 15, 2017 with approximately ninety-two (92) names on it.
