Since these records were made in a public forum and the claimant has made other claims with the Select Board and with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, I believe her comments to be public records. I have documented my concerns and reasons therefor because I want to be forthcoming with the Town. I have not probed claims of Ms.
Second, was the Board aware of the findings of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) regarding the claims of Ms. Cruz prior to her comments on October 18? The AHA suggests MCAD reviewed the claims and did not 1 find discrimination. Since it was very likely Ms.
