Per my discussion with Scott Walker, please provide me with the following information concerning the Town's debt structure by credit facility / bond / loan / other form of indebtedness: principal amount outstanding as of latest date for which available, debt service schedule going forward until extinguishment of particular indebtedness (broken down between interest and principal), interest rate, and description of all other MAJOR terms and conditions / covenants. I am hopeful based upon earlier discussion that all the information I have requested is "off the shelf".
