Please provide any budget related records known to be in the custody or care of the City of Malden or one of its contractors, created or received from 1/1/24 to the date of your response to this request, involving “Massachusetts State Government” and the Mayor’s Office (as well as any staff member, representative, or proxy), the Finance/Controller’s Office, Malden Public Schools Superintendent or Director of Finance and Operations) concerning the City of Malden budget for the current fiscal year or the next fiscal year.
Records may relate to communications, phone calls, emails, text messages, meeting invitations, agenda, Chapter 70 or other program descriptions, tax explanations or other records exchanged or arranged with any member or representative of “Massachusetts State Government” (e.g. State Delegation, Secretary of State, Division of Revenue, Governor, Lt. Governor, Division of Local Services, DESE etc.)
