1) Any records (email, text, phone call messages, photographs, publications, social media posts etc) created or received by any member of City Hall staff in relation to a June 2023 event at Roosevelt Park publicly described as being a “Guinness World Record for the largest Polka Dance”
2) All records created or received by Mayor Christenson, or any member of each and every department of City Hall, during June 2023, which in any way relate to Roosevelt Park.
3) Calendar schedules for any day during June 2023 when any City Hall staff member visited Salemwood School or Roosevelt Park, and all records created or received in association with that visit.
4) All records created or received during June 2023 by Superintendent Ligia Noriega-Murphy, Councillor Barbara Murphy, Councillor Stephen Winslow, Councillor Carey McDonald or School Committee Member Adam Weldai which in any way relate to the "Polka Dance".
5) Any reports, recommendations, citations, declarations, or communications in relation to - whether before or after the “Polka Dance” event - including scheduling, planning, supporting (food truck, snacks, drinks etc.), reporting, and celebrating the event.
Please suggest alternative criteria for another subset of records, if they might meet the request more efficiently. Thank you.
6) Any and all photos taken, created, or received by any member of the Mayor’s Office in relation to the “Polka Dance” event, as well as any communications (email, social media postings text etc.) related to the subsequent sharing, circulating or sourcing of any social media post, press release, third party communication, or news story related to the “Polka Dance”.
