Thus, if records were created by a generic account, any and all metadata of that account holder - identifying a human or humans employed by the City - should be provided along with all available metadata
This is expected to produce records created, sent or received by Constituent Services and DPW, and possibly members of the Office of the Mayor (which oversees Constituent Service and DPW activities). Thank you.
