My name is Jesus Leyva. We spoke over the phone a couple of times and I wanted to follow up with asking for specific information about the common area inspections. I understand that when you send out notices every 3 years for these a number of property owners do not respond.
If it would not be too difficult, I would like to know how many non-respondents there were for the most recent time notices were sent out. If I could get names or address that would be good but if not, the number of non-respondents would be sufficient.
I understand that the building dept may be limited in following up on non-respondents but would like to know what follow up happened if any.
I would also apprieciate any summary you could provide of the state requriement of the city for the common areas inspections.
I did look at CMR 780, it was confusing and there is a lot of information. I understood some parts but not others.
