Dear Town Clerk of Greenfield,
Thank you for sending me the list of people who have requested absentee and vote by mail ballots last week. I appreciate your quick response and help and know you are incredibly busy at this time!
I would like to receive this data on a regular basis until the September 1st primary - can this be set up? If that is not possible, I will submit a request each week for this data - can this email serve as a request for an update on what you sent us, when possible?
To reiterate my original ask, I am sending this email to request a list of the people (people, addresses and State Voter ID Number) who have, for the Democratic primary on September 1st, requested:
1. Absentee ballots
2. Vote-by-mail ballots and
3. Early voting ballots
Additionally, I'd like to request a data extract containing the list of ballots that have been mailed back as well.
Could the file please be emailed to me in an Excel format (or other format that can be manipulated) at this email address?
