Summary
I'd like to request all emails to or from city employees' email accounts containing the text "Greenfield Citizens Association" (with the possessive variants "citizen's" and "citizens'") or "Citizens for Transparency in Greenfield" from the past 45 days. These two groups have scheduled events at the John Zon Community Center, and the council has been told on a number of occasions that the executive branch is unable to schedule events for community groups at that location. I'm investigating the proces that these groups used, so as to make that process avauilable to the many other groups that would lik eto use the space.  The mayor's office has proven unresponsive to several direct requests for this information.
