The Police Department made redactions pursuant to G.L. c. 4, s 7, Twenty-sixth (f) as the disclosure of the redacted information would “prejudice the possibility of effective law enforcement that such disclosure would not be in the public interest,” as these vehicle are currently used in undercover investigations or they will be so used in the future, based on our long-established fleet management practices.
