I am requesting copies of public records concerning the vehicle that the City of Framingham purchased for the use of Mayor Yvonne Spicer between 6/1/2020 and present. This info should include a document entitled Fuelmaster Transaction Listing, a list of mileage reported on a monthly basis, safety inspection reports, repairs, accident reports, and all EZPass data, charges, etc. If it concerns the vehicle the mayor drives, we want the data.
The data we are requesting is not to be limited to the specific requested items listed above.

G.L.c. 6 Sec. 13 (a), which pertains to MassDot provides in pertinent part as follows:
"The department shall maintain the confidentiality of all information including but not limited to photographs or other recorded images and credit and account data relative to account holders who participate in its electronic toll collection system. Such information shall not be a public record under clause Twenty-sixth of section 7 of chapter 4 or section 10 of chapter 66 and shall be used for enforcement purposes only with respect to toll collection regulations. An account holder may, upon written request to the department, have access to all information pertaining solely to the account holder"
