I just spoke with the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. A law
enforcement officer is willing to work with us on the East Street case.
We will be working together to pool resources and present some free or low cost spay and neuter
and possibly vaccination options to Ken Colley. We are going to try the approach of making an
appointment to meet with him at his home. We are planning on the week of February 15th as the
MSPCA is not allowing their staff to enter dwellings prior to receiving their second COVID vaccine.
As long as Ken is willing to meet with us, we will make every effort to make spaying and neutering
the dogs as affordable as possible. If he is willing to surrender dogs to the MSPCA or Animal Control,
