Under Massachusetts Public Records Law, the digital news media outlet is requesting:
any legal correspondence to school administration (or School Committee) in regards to the MOU the district signed with the FTA to re-open school in summer 2020 between January 25 and January 29, 2021.
The FTA submitted a letter to the administration this week and the news media outlet is seeking any legal advice or correspondence provided to district administration about that FTA letter between January 25-29, 2021
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days.
If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
