Under the Massachusetts Public Records Law, SOURCE media is seeking any email that were sent to ALL 11 City Councilors between January  7 & 15, 2021, and any responses sent to those emails. As  a representative of the news media, SOURCE requests a waiver of all fees for this request.  Disclosure of the requested information to the news outlet is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government during this pandemic. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide a detailed explanation in writing by the 10th business day. Attached please find responses requested relative to FOIA request 2021-0126
